Pesterminators
Congratulations to Pesterminators, winner of the 2025 FAOMPA Sustainability Award presented in Penang Malaysia
Steve Broadbent commented “With the threats we face to the planet, it was a logical approach to work to encourage our industry to develop more sustainable pest management practices. We have one planet and every action we make on a day-to-day basis affects our future and that of the world we live in. The professional pest management industry plays a vital role in protecting human health, our buildings, and our food supply. Let's take that to the next level!

Sathes Chandran responded.
“A proud moment for all of us at Pesterminators.
We have been awarded the Faopma - Federation of Asian & Oceania Pest Managers Association Sustainability Award 2025, given by Ensystex recognized as the Sustainable Pest Management Service Provider for the Asia and Oceania region, among 1000+ service providers.
This is not just a trophy. It’s a milestone in a journey that started with one question, What does it truly mean to protect public health without compromising planetary health?
Since then, we have made some hard choices, cutting down chemical reliance, investing in monitoring technologies, training our teams across borders, and constantly asking, Is there a better, more responsible way to do this?
For a small island nation like the Maldives, this means even more. We are on the frontlines of climate impact and now, we are also leading the conversation on sustainability in pest management. A proud moment for Maldives in International arena.
Behind this recognition is the work of many.
• To our incredible team this belongs to you. Every manager, every technician, every support staff who chose the harder but better path.
• To our clients, especially those who believed in our sustainability vision before it was popular, thank you for trusting us.
• To the mentors, collaborators, and scientists who guided us, your insights shaped our systems and gave us confidence to challenge norms.
• Also to our suppliers who worked along with us in this journey to give more sustainable product range to comply with our requirements.
This award is an honour. But it’s also a reminder, the responsibility doesn’t end here. If anything, it grows.
We are proud to stand at the sustainability frontier in pest management, and we are committed to keep moving forward. Not just for recognition, but because this is the only way forward.
Special thanks to FAOPMA, Ensystex and Steve Broadbent for this recognition.”
